The filter press was developed specifically for use in the field of mineral processing. It is compact in size and easy to maintain. Optimised compression times, a fully automated compression process and high through-put rates put the machine at the heart of any sludge dewatering system. There are two basic designs to choose from depending on the type of sludge: chamber filter press and membrane filter press.

Sludge dewatering systems are also available as stationary and mobile variants. The automated system allows compression work to take place outside of operating hours and without operating personnel.

Dewatering systems are modular in design and allow for customised, economical and optimised models and extensions depending on the intended application. Presses are tailor-made to your requirements with regard to the size and number of press plates and the thickness of the cake.

Adaptable charging, sludge storage and homogenisation and optimised controls complete the dewatering system. Through-put rates can reach up to 10 m³ per compression cycle depending on the sludge type, press size and compression cycle time.
