Over the past three years Ammann has made significant investments in the technological equipment used for production in Nové Město nad Metují. General improvements to customer service processes were also achieved.

A large part of the investments were aimed at increasing the quality and productivity of drum production.The know-how in this area is subject to continuous expansion. A new carousel lathe was taken into operation; the existing lathes were modernised. The carousel lathes in operation at the Ammann plant in the Czech Republic produce top quality drums.

One of the older buildings close to the former warehouse was converted and its rooms extended to shorten the delivery times for spare parts. The new spare parts warehouse was taken into operation in the spring of this year and resulted in a significant increase in the immediate availability of spare parts for our sales partners.
