Trench roller Rammax 1515

The Rammax 1515 is the most powerful walk-behind trench roller in the market. As a result of the various trench roller variants and additional options available, each customer is able to order a trench roller equipped to meet his specific needs. Each compactor is available both as a manually-controlled machine or a manual and infrared remote controlled model (MR-version) and with various types of options. The customer can choose the trench roller that best fits his requirements.

• Powerful Hatz diesel engine with improved injection system for enhanced performance in any situation.
• 86 KN compaction force through central vibration system
• Planetary gear box in each drum drive for maximum power transmission and a long lifetime.
• Highest safety standards due to Infrared Remote Control
  
• Solar-powered infrared remote control. No need to charge using a battery charger. Permanent readiness for operation. The transmitter is charged by solar cells during operation.
• HF system: two independent steering systems (manual and IR remote control). Work can continue as planned even if the transmitter is lost or damaged, thanks to entirely mechanical lever operation.
• All Rammax trench rollers are equipped with two hydro-mechanical brakes, which prevent the machine from rolling away when the engine is shut down.
• Clearly arranged cockpit with function control and electronic hours counter, automatic ignition shutdown, tilt switch to shut down the diesel engine, low-oil shut down. Protective cover plate for working via IR, and anti-theft protection.
• Safety
• Safe operation from outside dangerous areas on the remote controlled versions (-HF/ -HK / -HFK).
• Obligatory intervisibility - no danger for man or machine.

Maintenance-free

• The machine (except the diesel engine) is fully maintenance-free. No lubrication points, no V-belts.
• No joints susceptible to abrasion.
• Central lifting hook attached to the main frame protects vibration components during loading as the machine is lifted by the bottom frame without stretching the rubber cushions.
