Ammann's mixture loading system for asphalt mixing plants closes the gap between system automation and truck weighing. A mixing engineer using an as1 operator interface can operate the mixture silo flaps and simultaneously carry out the weighing operation. These operations were previously performed as separate tasks for technical reasons; combining them results in the following advantages:
